Important Information about Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At North Alabama Bank, we believe that our focus is to serve the needs of our customers.  To provide quality service, our employees are critical to our success.  In this environment, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and community is a top priority.

North Alabama Bank’s Lobbies will be available by appointment only beginning July 20, 2020.

Out of an abundance of caution, and for the safety and well being of our customers and bank team, our branches will be open for drive-thru service only starting July 20 until further notice.  Lobby appointment for other services may be made by contacting our branches individually.  We encourage you to use our drive-thru, ATM, or Mobile service to conduct your financial transactions.  Lobbies will be open for appointment only.  If you need to speak in-person to a North Alabama Bank team member, please contact your branch for available times and options.  Our staff will remain available to answer any calls or question concerning your accounts during our normal business hours.  For appointments, masks and social distancing will be required.  If customers are not feeling well, we encourage you to use our drive-thru, ATM, or Mobile service to conduct your financial transactions.

We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.  As we follow the COVID-19 health threat, we continue to follow the latest CDC recommendations.  We have enhanced our branch cleaning process.  Our employees are continually being educated on social distancing, enhanced cleaning, handwashing, and other steps to reduce the risk of exposure.

North Alabama Bank has a comprehensive contingency plan to make sure key areas are functioning properly and safely to continue to meet our customers banking needs.

Mobile Banking

As a reminder, North Alabama Bank offers many ways for you to continue to conduct your daily finances, without entering a branch.  You may remotely use our digital channels:

  • Online and Mobile Banking – Check balances, transfer funds, and pay bills.  You can also deposit checks using our mobile app and use P2P (Person-to-Person) to pay others.
  • ATMs – You can get cash, check balances and transfer funds at any of our locations
